Service Description

Get to class on time via our own Blue Star shuttle bus. This service is non-refundable and not available on the weekends.

Cancellation Policy

1. **Schedule:** - The shuttle bus operates on two time slots to SGU. - Please refer to our shuttle bus schedule for timing. 2. **Reservation:** - Reservations are recommended to secure your seat on the shuttle bus. - Book your seat by contacting our front office or through our online paid reservation system. 3. **Punctuality:** - Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. - The shuttle bus will not wait for late arrivals. 4. **Availability:** - Seating on the shuttle bus is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Priority will be given to tenants of Blue Star Apartments & Hotel. 5. **Changes & Cancellations:** - If you need to change or cancel your shuttle bus reservation, kindly inform us at least 72 hours after purchase. After that period its non-refundable.
