Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your transportation, we recommend booking in advance. 2. **Booking Procedures:** To book a taxi, please book online or contact our office. Provide your name, destination, preferred pick-up time, and any special requirements. 3. **Confirmation:** Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification. 4. **Cancellations:** If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible to cancel your taxi reservation. Late cancellations may incur charges. 5. **Wait Time:** Our drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. If you are delayed, please inform us immediately to avoid any inconvenience. 6. **Payment:** Payment for taxi services can be made directly to the office or the driver (only cash). We accept cash or credit/debit cards. 7. **Route and Duration:** Our drivers will choose the most efficient route to your destination.
