At Blue Star Apartments & Hotel, we understand that your pet is part of the family and should be treated as such. That's why we offer a dog walking service, where we walk your dog three times a day. We'll make sure your furry friend is taken care of, so you can study, relax and enjoy your stay with us.

Cancellation Policy

1. **Service Availability:** - Our pet walking service is available to tenants who have registered their pets with us. - The service includes walking your pet three times a day. 2. **Advance Notice:** - Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to utilize the pet walking service. - We appreciate your understanding that same-day requests may be accommodated based on staff availability. 3. **Access to Apartments:** - Our staff will require access to your apartment to collect and return your pet. - Kindly ensure that your apartment is accessible and your pet is ready for the walk at the scheduled times. 4. **Safety Precautions:** - Our staff will ensure that your pet is securely leashed and properly controlled during walks. - We will prioritize the safety of your pet, other residents, and our team members. 5. **Scheduling:** - The pet walking service operates during specific time slots in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
